Dance Classes
Salsa
Salsa is a sexy Latin American dance guaranteed to bring out the latin side in you. Come and join us and learn this vibrant, fun filled dance. Beginners adult classes every Tuesday and Thursday. Hip Hop
Hip Hop takes many shapes and forms as a dance but the love of the music is the power behind this amazing dance style. At Cork Dance Studio you will learn exciting choreographies, Popping, Locking and teaching your body to use fluid movements to funky music. Classes every Monday. Swing
Swing dancing is a fast paced energetic dance incorporating many different speeds and styles. Try Blues (aka, the sexy, very connected version of swing)/ Lindy Hop / East Coast Swing / Charleston / Performance Swing / dips, lifts, and tricks. Swing is cool, hip and exciting to learn. No partner required.
Ballroom
Would you like to dance like the strictly come dancing contestants? Now its possible. We will teach you the elegant Waltz, the popular smooth foxtrot, the lively Quickstep & Jive. New course starts every month on Mondays at 7.30. Please email us to book your place.

First Dance
Are you worried about that first dance? Don’t know what to do or where to start? Then come to us and let Cork Dance Studio take it all off your shoulders.
It doesn’t matter what your dance level is, we will make your first dance something to remember and enjoy and in the process give your fellow guests a memorable performance.
The first step is to choose your song, then get in touch with us and we will take it from there.
We would advise that you give yourselves plenty of time before the wedding so that the learning process is one that will be just as enjoyable as the actual performance.

Hen Party
Add a little spice to your Hen party celebrations with a sexy salsa or Latin American dance class. We will provide the location, the instructor and the music!
We will teach you a fun sassy piece of choreography that will suit the absolute beginner or seasoned dancer.
Once you are finished you will be ready to take the dance floor by storm.

Fitness Classes
Total Body Workout (TBW)
This class is a combination of cardio, core conditioning and toning exercises aimed and strengthening and working the entire body. The class will vary on a weekly basis and can include use of Swiss Ball, weights and resistance bands in addition to your own body resistance. The style and aim of the class is high reps to burn fat around the muscles in order to give definition and increase strength. The class is suitable for both men and woman of all ages and fitness levels every Monday at 6.15pm. Timetable
Zumba®
The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. Zumba® fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life! Flow Yoga
Our Yoga class is designed to flow with your breath through a variety of dynamic strength and stretch postures which will strengthen & elongate 'Core' muscles, creating a balanced body & mind. You will leave the class feeling energised and refreshed. This class is open level to music.
Pilates
Pilates balances the body, it is a unique exercise system that gives rapid, yet lasting results, leaner, toned, increased abdominal, lower back strength and improved posture.
Pilates exercises effectively trains and works the "core" muscles of the body, to create a strong and stable back, align the shoulders and chest to correct imbalances and to achieve good posture.
Prepare to strengthen and stretch your body during every exercise. Pilates will enhance and compliment your regular activities to help you look better, perform better and above all feel better.
This class is open level and Fundamental pilates will be taught for the next 2 months.
Swingfit
Swingfit, the new fitness craze and you can try it first at Cork Dance Studio. Warm up to the Charleston, jump to the Jive and cool down to the Blues. Get fit with our new Swingfit programme - fun, fresh and funky.
